Collection of your personal details is made when you subscribe to our free Dress Circle Order Club, or if you purchase our wine on-line.

When you place an order, we will ask for your name, telephone number, email address, mailing address, delivery address and any special instructions for delivery.  We will only share your contact details with the carrier who delivers your order.

The payment for your order is by credit card.  Your credit card details are not stored in our system which means that if you opt to make payment by credit card, we will ask for your details each time you make an order.

Our opportunities to invite you to join our Dress Circle Wine Club are - on-line on our website, or at a promotional event by filling out a Join-up Form.  These invitations to join our Club are not obligatory.

When you subscribe to our Dress Circle Wine Club, we will email you with periodical newsletters with special offers and news from the winery, including latest wine releases.

When you subscribe, you will be asked for your name, date of birth, email, address, telephone number and mobile number.  You are also asked if you are over 18 years of age.  The only details we ask that you must specify are your surname, email address, telephone, and if you are over 18 years of age.

We will not send emails to you if you do not wish to receive them.  All our web-based emails have an ‘Unsubscribe’ link whereby you will be removed from our database.  You may unsubscribe at any time.

Customers of Vinaceous Wines have the general right to access any of their own information which is being kept by the company.  They can correct inaccurate personal information or have their personal information deleted from company records.

When you enter a competition or promotion, we may ask for your name, email address and phone number.  This enables us to notify winners and to administer the competition/promotion.  Your personal information will not be kept unless you provide your permission.

When completing a credit application to open an account, you will be asked for the following information:
